Lifetime Repair Warranty

All qualifying Geekys repairs include our lifetime repair warranty, giving you long-term confidence in our workmanship. Consumable components, including batteries, are excluded. Full terms and conditions apply.

What the warranty covers

• The warranty applies only to the specific qualifying repair work completed by Geekys.
• It covers faults caused by defective workmanship or a failure of the qualifying replacement part fitted as part of that repair.

What is not covered

• Batteries and other consumable, wear-and-tear or naturally degrading components are excluded.
• Accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, neglect, physical damage and damage caused by subsequent third-party repairs are excluded.
• New faults and faults unrelated to the original qualifying repair are not covered.

Making a warranty claim

• Proof of the original Geekys repair may be required.
• The device must be returned to Geekys for inspection before a warranty claim can be accepted.
• Geekys will assess whether the reported fault relates to the original qualifying repair before confirming warranty coverage.

Who the warranty covers

The warranty is provided to the original customer and is non-transferable.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect those rights.
